How to export a Journey

Overview

Export any Journey as a high-resolution PDF, ready for presentations, stakeholder reviews, or printing. The export reflects your Journey exactly as it appears on screen, including any filters you have applied.

Export a Journey

  1. Open the Journey you want to export.
  2. Click the Share button in the top right corner.
  3. Select the Export tab.
  4. Choose what to include in the PDF:
    • Include persona basics — adds persona information to the export.
    • Include journey information — adds Journey details such as description, type, legend, owner, and branding.
  5. Click Export to generate and download the PDF.

If you'd rather give someone live access to a Journey instead of a static PDF, you can share it via a link — with options for public access and password protection.

Tips

  • Apply filters to your Journey before exporting if you want the PDF to focus on specific stages or data.
  • The exported PDF reflects whatever is currently visible on your screen, so what you see is what you get.
  • Use the Include journey information option when sharing with stakeholders who need full context.
