This article gives you a quick overview of what integrations and embeds are available in TheyDo, and which plans they're on.

Integrations

Direct integrations are available on the Management and Strategic plans.

Product integrations

• Jira — sync solutions to your Jira backlog and roadmap
• Azure DevOps — sync solutions as work items in Azure DevOps

Data integrations

• Qualtrics — sync CSAT, CES, and NPS survey data into metrics
• Snowflake — pull warehouse data into TheyDo metrics
• Databricks — pull warehouse data into TheyDo metrics
• Amazon S3 — import solutions, insights, opportunities, and metrics via file uploads
• Medallia — sync experience and survey data for metrics and Data Hub

Embeds

Embeds are available to all TheyDo users, including the free Mapping plan.

You can embed content from over 1,900 sources — including design tools, project management apps, video players, and more. To use an embed, paste a public link into any TheyDo description field and TheyDo will render it inline.

When you update your source content, the embed in TheyDo updates automatically.

Tip: Make sure your link is set to public before pasting it into TheyDo.
