Remember last time you tried to create a metric that had no recent data available and ended up with no chart displayed in the metric card? Yes, we know the pain. 

Today, this is past! When you create a metric and no recent (less than 30 days) data is available, you'll see a new call to action that explains that no data is available (in the given timeframe) and invites you to 

"Show latest data available" : in a click, you get your graph!

Adding parent field to Jira synchronization

 Those of you with large amounts of surveys on Qualtrics side have struggled to retrieve the whole list of their surveys when setting up metrics in TheyDo.

 Now you’re able to retrieve the full list of surveys and browse to the one you’re looking for!

When selecting adding a metric coming from the source «Qualtrics», you have several options:

Note: Of course you can still search for the survey, and that remains the fastest way! We know it has been an issue for many customers so we hope it’s going to help unlock the ones trying hard to retrieve their surveys.

Qualtrics fix

Journeys can get overwhelming due to the amount of information they contain. It gets difficult to present and tell the story of that journey to specific audiences. We already released the global filters (

) but there are specific properties per building block that bring more granularity to the picture like the 

It is now possible to filter journey views based on building block filters. Now we can get info of all those solutions that are in progress AND that belong to a specific owner or only see all those insights that are type ‘

’. We can also save them into custom views.
