New users, existing workspaces (onboarding improvements)

We just made it way easier to get people into TheyDo and straight to the work that matters.

What's new:

• Invite to collaborate directly from a journey — admins can now invite anyone (internal or external) by email, right from the journey share modal. No more "copy link → Slack it → hope they figure it out." New users land directly on the journey they were invited to, with workspace viewer access auto-provisioned.

• Request access from public journeys — anyone viewing a public journey now sees a banner to request access. Admins get an email with a one-click invite action. If the viewer already has access, we just nudge them to sign in.

• Journey frameworks on the homepage — frameworks now show up alongside your recent journeys on home, so people actually find and engage with them.
