Daily automated export of Journey Management work is available!

Need to connect Journey Management to your own ecosystem? We can now export a daily full snapshot of your TheyDo data directly into an S3 bucket, in Parquet format (optimized for analytics). Each delivery is partitioned by date and versioned, so you always know exactly which snapshot you're querying.

How does it work?

Each day, you receive the export of your TheyDo organization data containing insights, metrics, solutions, opportunities, goals, personas, journey structure, journeys, taxonomy. Each workspace's data is contained in a sub-folder from the organization.
