Importing and updating Metrics from just got way easier!

You can now import metrics from a CSV file using a redesigned flow that makes bulk data uploads faster, more flexible, and a lot less manual.

What's new

One flow for all metric types. The new import wizard supports NPS, CSAT, CES, Ratio, and Other metrics in a single file. No more splitting your spreadsheet by type before uploading.

Smart column mapping. TheyDo automatically suggests how to map your CSV columns to metric properties — date, value, respondents, dimensions — with a live preview so you can confirm before anything is saved. Adjust any suggestion that doesn't look right, then import.

Mapping memory. Once you've configured a mapping, TheyDo remembers it. Next time you upload a file with the same structure, your setup is pre-filled.

Dimension data, now via CSV. You can now include dimension columns — like Region, Channel, or Segment — directly in your CSV file. Previously this was only possible through a data warehouse integration.

Ratio type support. Ratio metrics can now be created and updated via CSV import, joining the existing NPS, CSAT, CES, and Other types.

How to use it

Go to Metrics in the left sidebar and click Import Metrics in the top right corner. The wizard will guide you through uploading your file, reviewing column mappings, and confirming the import.
