What’s included for surveys:
Select an Experience Program and relevant fields + filters such as product dimensions from Medallia integration settings
Sync survey responses (quotes) daily into Data Hub
Create and/ or continuously enrich Medallia-fed journeys
A few Medallia-specific notes:
