Qualtrics star rating questions now supported

Qualtrics Star Rating questions with the TheyDo–Qualtrics integration to power Metrics.

Five-star rating system with four stars filled, indicating a score of 4.0 for the question about overall product experience.

The integration supports discrete star rating questions (for example, 1–5 stars), allowing you to bring these scores directly into TheyDo and track them across your journeys.

Support for additional star rating configurations will be added in future updates.
