Content, structure and governance permissions for Journeys
The all-or-nothing Editor permission for journeys is gone. Admins can now assign one of three permission levels, each building on the previous:
Content: Link building blocks and add content within journey lanes, including text, images, and tags.
Structure: Automatically gets 'Content', plus ability to edit phases, steps, lanes, saved views, and journey metadata.
Governance: Automatically gets 'Structure and Content', plus abilities to create / delete / duplicate / lock / share journeys, and to manage templates.
Impact
Lets you open up journey contribution broadly (Content) while keeping structural and governance authority with the right people.
Details
Existing Editor roles are automatically migrated to Governance level — no action needed. Reconfigure only if you want tighter control.
Also shipped: Insight imports now match existing taxonomy items even without taxonomy edit rights, instead of erroring out.
