View the amount of building blocks in Journeys

You can now see how many Building Blocks live inside each Journey — directly from the Journeys tab.

As a CX lead, understanding what’s really happening inside a journey often means going beyond the name or description. With this update, you can surface Building Block counts to quickly understand how journeys are structured and how they evolve over time.

What’s new

• View the number of Building Blocks contained in each top-level Journey

• Customize your Journeys view via the Configure panel

• Combine this with existing columns like created/updated date, author, and personas to monitor activity at a glance

How it works

This feature is opt-in. Head to Configure in the Journeys tab and toggle the new columns on to add them to your view.

We’re not enabling these columns by default — you’re in control of what you see. Enjoy the extra visibility! As always, we’d love your feedback.
