How to bulk create cards from copy/pasted Miro, Mural or FigJam content

Copying Content from Miro, Mural, or FigJam

1. Select any stickies or text from Miro, Mural, or FigJam

2. Copy the selected content using the copy function provided by the platform

Pasting Content into TheyDo

1. In Theydo, navigate to the journey map where you want to paste the copied content

2. You can paste the content into the following areas: Phases, Steps, Insights, Opportunities, and Solutions

3. To paste the content horizontally across steps in a lane:

   • Hover over the header column of the respective lane on the left

   • Paste the content using CMD+V (on a Mac) or CTRL+V (on Windows)

   • The copied items will be created as cards and spread across each journey step in that lane

   • If there are more items than steps, the overflow will be placed in the last step

4. To paste the content into a specific step within a lane:

   • Hover over the cell where you want to place the content

   • Paste the content using CMD+V (on a Mac) or CTRL+V (on Windows)

   • The copied items will be created as cards and pasted in bulk into that specific step

Each line break in your copied and pasted text will initiate a new card.
