How to delete your Organization or account

To delete an Organization:

If you no longer need an organization you created in TheyDo, you can easily delete it yourself if you are an admin.

1. Click your profile picture (top right corner) and click Settings 

2. Click on the Organization tab.

3. Next to the "Update Organization" button, click "Delete Organization"

4. To confirm the deletion, you must type in the full name of your Organization.

5. After typing the Organization name, click the "Delete" button.

Your organization will now be permanently deleted. This action cannot be undone.

To delete an account:

Currently, this is a manual action that TheyDo executes for you. Please send a message to support@theydo.com with the email you use to access TheyDo, and we’ll confirm the deletion of your account.

Note that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone.
