Import insights from CSVs

To import insights to TheyDo:

1. Go to your Insights library.

2. Click “Import Insights” on the right side of your screen.

3. Now, the import panel will open, and you can choose between a few options:
   - Import your insights from Dovetail, Enjoy HQ, Miro, or Mural: this option will take you directly to the platform file on your computer.
   - Import your insights from any CSV file on your computer (from a different platform).

4. Click one of the platform options in the import window or choose ‘other platform / CSV file’.

5. Click the (+) icon.

6. Choose the insights file you wish to upload and click ‘open.’

7. Choose a header row from your file, and click ‘next’.

8. If prompted, choose your ‘template columns’ (Title, Description, Type), and click ‘next’. 

9. Confirm the rows you want to import, and then click ‘import’. 

If there is an issue with one of your cells, we will show you an error message that will explain what you need to do.
