Our latest Product Update introduced Skills.

In this session, exclusive to our customers, one of TheyDo's Journey Management Coaches will walk through how a Skill works, build one live in the room, and show you how to adapt a ready-made Skill for your own team. Bring the work you keep repeating and leave with a way to hand it to the Agent.

What we'll cover:

• How a Skill works. Walked through end to end, with real examples and the results teams have seen.

• Building a Skill. We choose an example and build it in the room.

• Adapting a starter Skill. Duplicate a ready-made one and tailor it to your team.

• Governance basics. Who can edit, what admins control, and how to keep control of your workspace.

• Why Skills matter. Smaller teams gain capacity. Larger teams keep quality consistent as they scale.

You'll leave ready to start your first Skill, or with a clear next step to build one with your JMC or CSM.

Who it's for:

Anyone using TheyDo who wants their team to get more from the Agent. You don't need to be an advanced user.
