The Journey Table is an intentionally small table so the conversation stays real on how the people side of CX actually gets built: governance, adoption, the org politics nobody puts on a slide.

Over a three-course dinner in American Cut's Black Room, one of our own will sit down with a customer who's lived this, to talk candidly about how their team actually runs it. No pitch, no case study voiceover, just two people who've done the work, talking about it in front of a small room that's done some of it too.

What to expect:

• A private room, very limited seats

• A three-course dinner and an open bar

• A short, informal conversation between a TheyDo leader and a customer peer on how they've approached people and governance in their CX practice

• The rest of the evening left for actual conversation
