Related insights

With related insights we help you to easily understand and link back all the insights that are relevant to an opportunity. When you place an opportunity in a step, we visualize the context that is relevant to the opportunity. With this release we made a few improvements to this feature:

•  Progressive disclosure: We introduced three 'levels' of relevance, which allow you to focus on the most relevant items first, but access the complete picture if needed.

  • Level 1: Explicitly linked insights (you have indicated this insight has a direct relationship to the opportunity). <- shown by default

  • Level 2: Insights that share a step with the opportunity on the same level. <- can be opened up

  • Level 3: Insights that are rolled up from journey phases linked to the step that the opportunity is in. <- can be toggled on

•  A flat list: Instead of grouping per step (leading to duplication) we now have a flat list of all the insights. You can filter and sort the list for easier browsing.

•  Pagination: We've introduced pagination to ensure quicker loading times.

•  Bulk (un)linking: In order to keep it super easy to link multiple insights from a step directly to the opportunity, you can now select multiple and link them at once!
