42 UX refinements from our Quality Focus Week
WHAT CHANGED
In September, a focused team spent a week tackling 42 quality improvements across the product. Here's what shipped:
Top 5 improvements:
Bulk edit for journey and metric cards at lane level – Select multiple cards in a parent journey and update properties in one action (no more editing one-by-one)
Improved card hover visibility – Card actions no longer obscure status labels when hovering
Simplified step linking – Removed persona selection from the step link flow (you want a step from a journey, not through a persona)
Link opportunities to solutions – Connect opportunities directly from the solution editor (previously only worked in reverse)
Journey filter for solutions – Filter solution tables by linked journeys for more precise data slicing
Plus 37 more refinements across:
Journey experience (17 improvements) – Including sticky lane headers, expandable metric steps, library buttons in create cells
General UX/UI consistency (7 improvements) – Side panel padding, taxonomy UI, navigation state persistence
Navigation & Panels (9 improvements) – Collapsible sections, journey ordering, chevron indicators
Sharing + Export (4 improvements) – PDF export flow, custom view sharing
IMPACT
Eliminates repetitive multi-step workflows for bulk updates, removes unnecessary cognitive friction in linking flows, and surfaces data slices that were previously inaccessible. These small fixes compound into smoother daily workflows.
