How many journeys do I need?
This depends on the scope of your journey framework. Typically we see Enterprise customers start with 60-80 journeys in their first year and scale up to 200 in the year after. Usually these journeys together represent their end-to-end journey frameworks.
How does the price per journey evolve as I add more?
The more journeys you add to your plan, the lower the per-journey monthly fee. Prices above are shown as the minimum spend per year, and represent around 5 journeys. Reach out to our team to get a quote that fits your needs.
Can I add journeys to my plan anytime?
Yes, you can. We have a fair use policy and will prorate every quarter. If you consume more journeys than you have in your plan, we enable you to manage the number of journeys in your account before incurring additional fees.
