Big news : Qualtrics fix !

Problem: Those of you with large amounts of surveys on Qualtrics side have struggled to retrieve the whole list of their surveys when setting up metrics in TheyDo.

Solution: Now you’re able to retrieve the full list of surveys and browse to the one you’re looking for!

 What did we fix?

When selecting adding a metric coming from the source «Qualtrics», you have several options:

  • If you know the survey name and do not have to many surveys set up, you can directly select or search for the name

  • If you have many surveys, you may need more scroll. This was not possible up to now. So we added this « Next page » and « Previous page » to enable navigation within the popover.

Note: Of course you can still search for the survey, and that remains the fastest way! We know it has been an issue for many customers so we hope it’s going to help unlock the ones trying hard to retrieve their surveys.
