New integration: Medallia Metrics now available in TheyDo

We’ve just made it easier to connect the dots between customer feedback and journeys. You can now integrate Medallia directly from the Integrations page and start pulling in metrics such as CSAT, NPS, and more — straight into your TheyDo journeys.

How it works:

Once the Medallia integration is enabled in the settings> integrations page, you can:

  • Select Medallia as a data source when adding or creating a new metric.

  • Choose the relevant program and survey question from your Medallia account.

  • Sync your data — and instantly see how key experience metrics evolve over time inside your journeys.

This update completes our experience metrics offering by letting teams connect quantitative insights more seamlessly, helping everyone make customer-centric decisions backed by real feedback.
