The problem we’re fixing
If your company has been through a merger or acquisition, you probably know the feeling: different teams, different environments — but often the same tools. At TheyDo, that can mean working with multiple Qualtrics accounts.
Until now, only one Qualtrics account could be connected at the organization level when bringing in metrics. So if you had several Qualtrics environments, you couldn’t access all your data in one place.
That’s changing! You can now connect multiple Qualtrics organizations to TheyDo. This means if you have several Qualtrics accounts (for different regions, brands, or teams), you can now connect them all and pull in metrics from every survey — all within TheyDo.
What it looks like : • Within the integrations page, a new call to action is showing “+ instance” which prompts for a new authentication. • If the company is using more than one organization in Qualtrics, you’l see the list of organizations, you’d like to connect • Once the integration is set up and visible as new instance from the integrations page, new metrics can be created from the new instance. No more juggling between accounts or missing key data. With all your Qualtrics metrics in one place, you’ll have a complete view of your customer insights — making it easier to align teams and take action on what matters most.
