Data warehouse Metrics — now with dimensions
We’re excited to introduce Dimensions for Data warehouse metrics — a powerful new capability that makes it easier to explore and analyze your metrics in TheyDo.
What’s New?
You can now connect your BigQuery, Databricks, or Snowflake data warehouse and retrieve multi-dimensional metrics directly in TheyDo.
Previously, if you wanted to compare variations of the same metric (like Signups on Web vs Signups on Mobile, or NPS in UK vs Germany), you had to create multiple queries — one for each filter. With Dimensions, you only need one query to bring in all variants at once.
Add dimensions such as channel, region, product, brand or any other column available in your data source (up to 5)
Quickly filter and save variations of the same metric (e.g. Signups — Mobile, Signups — Web) without rewriting queries directly in the journey.

Why It Matters
Dimensions make your data warehouse metrics more powerful and flexible. You can now capture richer insights from a single query, helping your team compare key metrics across channels or segments effortlessly.
Current Limitations
A maximum of 5 dimensions can be added per metric.
