Bulk edit owners and tags

Bulk editing owners and tags let's you edit multiple building blocks at once, which is not only good for classification, but it also makes some other features much more powerful:

• Custom views (select multiple building blocks → tag them → create a new view)

• Filtering (easier to keep data up-to-date, and thus filters relevant)

• Search (tag-based search)
