Overview
HeyMarvin is a platform for recording, transcribing, and tagging customer interviews. It helps researchers and product teams capture qualitative insights from calls and makes it easier to revisit important moments later. While HeyMarvin is excellent at organizing interview content, the insights often stay tied to a single project or workspace. This limits their reach and makes it harder for CX teams to reuse findings across journeys or share them across functions. HeyMarvin stores interview videos, transcripts, timestamps, tags, and team comments. Researchers often use it to highlight pain points or uncover quotes that illustrate customer needs. However, the raw data, particularly quotes and themes, rarely makes it into broader CX tooling. That means valuable evidence gets trapped in project folders or decks.
