Aurelius
Overview
Aurelius is a research repository designed to help teams tag, group, and analyze qualitative data. It gives researchers a way to structure findings, track patterns, and create insights from interviews, surveys, and other customer feedback. While Aurelius excels at organizing research, the value of that work often fades after the project ends. Without a way to connect insights to journey steps or make them accessible across teams, important context goes unused. Aurelius stores tags, notes, quotes, findings, and key takeaways from a range of research methods. Its strength lies in how it groups data into insights and links them back to evidence. But unless those insights are carried into decision-making workflows, they remain static.
What this integration enables in TheyDo
Bringing Aurelius data into TheyDo makes it possible to apply research findings where they matter most. Quotes and themes can be tied to specific journeys, segments, or use cases. Raw insight becomes part of a living system that supports CX, product, and strategy decisions. Teams no longer need to re-run studies or manually hunt for evidence. Instead, they can work from a shared view of customer needs and experience gaps. Aurelius becomes a lasting source of intelligence, not just a project archive.
