How to add a journey
From the Journey overview, click on the black ‘New Journey’ button in the top right. It will take you through a wizard where you can choose a template, personas, and add basic information. You can also skip this wizard to edit this information later in your Journey settings.
How to edit a journey
Update your Journey settings by clicking ‘Show details’ next to the Journey name. You can add the following information to your Journey.
Title: choose a customer-focused title, ideally in the format 'I [customer job]'.
Journey description: provide additional information about why the Journey was created or how to use it.
Journey owner: identify who's responsible for the Journey within your organization.
Journey status: select the status (e.g. unmapped, being researched, live, or prototype).
Journey type: identify if it's a macro Journey, micro Journey, service blueprint, or another type.
Journey group: define the internal team or department the Journey belongs to.
Global tag: specify relevant global tags, often used for channels, countries, brands, or scenarios.
How to customize a journey
Personalize your Journey even further by clicking on the three dots next to the Journey’s name. Here you can customize colors to tag it or align with your organization's scheme. You can also add your company’s logo.
How to favorite a journey
Look for the star icon next to your journey title. Click it to favorite the journey. Once you've favorited the journey it will appear in your lefthand sidebar—this sidebar view is personal to only you, not the rest of your organization. If you'd like to unfavorite the journey, simply click the star icon again.
