How to use templates
We offer a variety of templates to help you get started mapping your customer journeys quickly and easily. Here's how you can use them:
On the TheyDo template page, click the "Use Template" button.
If you don't have a TheyDo account, you'll be prompted to create one. This currently only works with new accounts only.
When setting up your organization, you'll be asked to select your industry and whether you want to include a workspace template (starter kit). It's recommended that this option be kept checked.
Answer a couple of additional questions about your company's use of customer journey mapping.
Once you've completed the setup, you'll be taken directly to the template of your choosing in TheyDo.
That's it! You can now start customizing and filling out the template with your own content.
