Control what you share with flexible workspaces

Journey Management is the key to unlocking alignment about what to prioritize next and why. But let's face it, alignment doesn’t always come easy. Deciding what to share, when to share it, and who to share it with can make or break a successful collaboration. Luckily, TheyDo helps you limit access to content as you see fit.

You might wonder, “How does restricting access help with alignment?” In large organizations with thousands of team members and just as many customer journeys, a standardized, process-driven approach is critical. We all know what happens when teams go rogue—inevitably, it’s the customer who pays the price.

TheyDo is a secure space to manage journey content. If you’re an executive, you can define key Journey Management goals and set foundational journeys before bringing the team onboard. Or, as a director or team lead, you can research and validate journeys before looping in stakeholders for feedback. By controlling who sees what (and when), you avoid confusions, double work, and a lot of unnecessary back and forth.

Flexible workspaces are your secret weapon here. When the moment is right, sharing out and training team members on your process will ensure smooth alignment all around.

Manage teams with flexible workspaces

Global space

Manage your team’s global journeys in one workspace, then duplicate them out to specific product line, region, or brand spaces.

Draft space

Keep one workspace for drafting journeys. When they’re ready to go live, just duplicate them over to the public space.

Template space

Store all your core templates in one workspace. Once they're built out, copy them to the public space for broader use.

Keeping a template workspace is also a great way to house:

  • Images: Your team can reuse images, making them easier to find and more recognizable to the team

  • Metrics: Set up Metrics with Qualtrics and/or BigQuery once in the template space, then easily share when they're tracking as expected. No need to grant additional permissions to external tools.

  • Personas: Add all key strategic segments before sharing out

Consultant space

Working with a consultant? Use a private workspace until the content is ready for collaboration, then move it to the public space.

Maintaining alignment isn’t just important—it’s essential. Flexible workspaces offer a controlled, organized approach to managing journey content, ensuring that every team member is on the same page when it comes to delivering first class customer experiences.
