Sharing Journeys

TheyDo is built to make it easy to share and collaborate your journeys.

Journey Management is a team sport, while PDF’s are a great way to quickly share content outside TheyDo, did you know you can also

●    Create a share link to share a journey with anyone?

○    You can even specify who gets access to what content

●    Invite users as viewers to your organization?

○    With this option, you can rest assured only the right people view your journeys.

To share your journey with others:

1. In a journey, click on the arrow on the upper side of your screen.

2. Choose your options (see below).

3. Copy the link and share it with others.

You have a few sharing options:

-      Share publicly: This option allows you to lock the journey from outside users. It will also block the option to export your jour journey as a PDF.

-      Add a password: You can create a password so that only the right stakeholders can view the journey with the shared link.

Choose what entities you want to share with others. If you don’t want to share an entity, check off the box with the entity you don’t want.
