The Qualtrics integration is available within the Enterprise plan. To set it up you need to be an Organization Administrator within TheyDo.
Setting up Qualtrics within TheyDo is super easy!
- In the TheyDo app navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on ‘Enable’ on the Qualtrics integration.
- Click on ‘Authorize’, this will take you to the Qualtrics environment.
- Log in with your Qualtrics credentials. Note that the permissions you have as a user within Qualtrics define what surveys everyone within TheyDo will be able to access. So make sure that you set the right permissions in Qualtrics beforehand!
- Click on ‘Approve’ when prompted.
- You’ll be taken back to TheyDo, and the integration should be set to ‘Active’.
- Now you can start creating Metrics and adding them to your journeys.
