Setting up the Qualtrics integration

With the Qualtrics integration, you can sync Qualtrics data to TheyDo. This guide explains how to set it up.

The Qualtrics integration is available within the Enterprise plan. To set it up you need to be an Organization Administrator within TheyDo.

Setting up Qualtrics within TheyDo is super easy!

  1. In the TheyDo app navigate to Settings > Integrations and click on ‘Enable’ on the Qualtrics integration.
  2. Click on ‘Authorize’, this will take you to the Qualtrics environment.
  3. Log in with your Qualtrics credentials. Note that the permissions you have as a user within Qualtrics define what surveys everyone within TheyDo will be able to access. So make sure that you set the right permissions in Qualtrics beforehand!
  4. Click on ‘Approve’ when prompted.
  5. You’ll be taken back to TheyDo, and the integration should be set to ‘Active’.
  6. Now you can start creating Metrics and adding them to your journeys.
