Qualtrics integration

With the Qualtrics integration, you can sync CSAT, CES, and NPS data to TheyDo.

How to set up the Qualtrics integration

  1. Go to Settings > Integrations > Qualtrics > Enable from your Dashboard.

  2. Click ‘Authorize’ and log in to your Qualtrics account.

    Ensure the right permissions are set in Qualtrics.
    Permissions required per section

    • General

      • Access API

      • Download Survey Reports

    • Survey Platform

      • Survey Platform

      • Edit Surveys

      • Download Survey Results

      • Filter Survey Results

  3. Click ‘Approve’ to authorize the integration.

  4. You'll be redirected to TheyDo, and the integration will be set to ‘Active’.

For a user to see their surveys (projects), they need to invite the integration creator to be a collaborator on the project.

How CSAT, CES, and NPS scores are calculated

  • CSAT: Average score = Sum of all scores / Number of respondents

  • CES: Score = Number of positive responses / Number of respondents * 100

  • NPS: Score = Percentage of promoters - Percentage of detractors = (Number of promoters - Number of detractors) / Number of respondents * 100

How to add your Qualtrics data to Metrics cards

  1. Click ‘+ Metric’ within your Journey or Metrics Library.

  2. Choose your source as Qualtrics.

  3. Select the survey you want to track.

  4. Choose the survey question you want to track.

  5. Map your survey responses to corresponding sentiments.

  6. Click ‘Sync data’ to populate your Metric with Qualtrics data.
