A Journey Skeleton is just what it sounds like: a bare-bones outline of a customer Journey that you can fill in with rich details. In TheyDo, we give you a head start with AI— it creates a customer Journey outline personalized to your use case and industry.

How it works:

  1. Sign up for TheyDo

  2. Complete the onboarding steps for your account, including your role, company size, industry, and use cases.

  3. Select “Create a Journey”.

  4. Select “Start from scratch”.

  5. Choose from several AI-generated names for your new Journey or type your own in the "Enter a name" field.

…and voilà!
In a few seconds, you will see a new Journey created with Phases and Steps already filled in based on your industry and use case. It’s up to you to add the details, from Personas to pain points to Opportunities you identify along the way.
