How to change your billing plan
If you want to change your billing plan from Pro or Business to Journey Mapping (free), simply follow the steps below:
Log in to TheyDo.
Click on the ‘Settings’ cogwheel button in the side panel on the left.
Click on ‘Billing’ in the left side panel.
Click on ‘Change plan’.
Scroll to the end of the page, and choose “Cancel subscription”.
Transition for Pro and Business plans
Yearly plans
If you have a Pro or a Business plan and you pay yearly, you can continue using TheyDo with your current plan until the end of your contract. Once it ends, you will be switched to the free version unless you otherwise specify.
Monthly plans
If you have a Pro or a Business plan billed monthly and want to move to the Journey Mapping free plan, you just need to cancel your current plan following the steps above.
You can also continue with your Pro or Business monthly plan until January 2024. After that date, you will be switched to the free version unless you otherwise specify.
