Add data to your Metrics using a CSV file
If you have multiple data points for a Metric, you can update those simultaneously via CSV import.
Open your Metric and select “Import CSV/Manual” as your source

Select your Metric type from CES, NPS, CSAT or Other
)
Click on “Import CSV” to upload your CSV. We recommend formatting your data within the provided “Example template” for best results.
After uploading your CSV file you’ll be prompted to review and fix any formatting errors and make sure all the data maps correctly.
Finalize the import and the data points will be added to your Metric.
