Security is a first-class citizen at TheyDo. We appreciate that we are entrusted with valuable and sometimes sensitive user research data. To ensure that we deal with this data correctly, we follow carefully chosen guidelines. From the inception of TheyDo, systems and practices have been designed according to the principles outlined in this white paper.
This white paper details our platform security policies and procedures. The objective is to inform any (potential) customers of our practices so they can understand how we value and protect their data. It encompasses our login process, permissions system, storage of data, GDPR, infrastructure, application security, and operational security.
